About
Dhaasook?

Dhaasook is committed to making our cities better places to live, work, and play. Our dedicated teams are driven by this mission, and it influences everything we do.

We understand that it’s not just about parcel deliveries—without action, CANADA could see a 36% increase in delivery vehicles by 2030

Why does
this matter?

Economic Impact of Traffic Congestion In 2024, traffic congestion in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) cost the economy approximately $44.7 billion annually. This includes $10.1 billion in lost economic productivity and $34.6 billion in social costs, such as increased stress and reduced quality of life for commuters.

Health Impact of Air Pollution

Air pollution in Toronto contributes to approximately 1,300 premature deaths and 3,550 hospitalizations each year. The primary sources of this pollution are traffic emissions and industrial activities.

Dhaasook's Commitment to Sustainable Deliveries

At Dhaasook, we are dedicated to addressing these urban challenges by offering sustainable delivery solutions. Our fleet of electric cargo bikes provides an eco-friendly alternative to traditional delivery methods, helping to reduce traffic congestion and air

Cargo Bikes

We operate a diverse fleet that includes 2-wheeled, 3-wheeled, and 4-wheeled cargo bikes, along with a small number of electric vans. However, our primary focus is on trailers, and we are proud to design and build our own: DHAASOOK Trailers. These trailers play a vital role in our middle-mile network and inter-hub trunking, enabling us to manage larger freight deliveries efficiently.

Building on everything we've learned about running an efficient, reliable cargo bike operation, we've gone a step further by developing our own bikes: the GTrike. Curious? Take a closer look.

MEGHANAND VANAMA

Logistics Professional, Entrepreneur & Sustainability Advocate

I am a logistics expert and entrepreneur passionate about sustainable last-mile delivery solutions. After moving to Canada in 2021, I earned a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, which deepened my understanding of urban logistics and sustainable supply chains.
